The Spanish tactician felt 'betrayed' after one of the members of his staff leaked confidential details about how he analyzed his opponents to the press.
Barcelona's 4th place in La Liga's standings after 7 games is bringing out some problems inside the team's locker room, and one particular issue has coach Luis Enrique feeling betrayed.
According to Catalunyan-based newspaper Sport, the former Blaugrana midfielder is trying to expose the person in his "most inner circle" who has been leaking details of the player's fitness and opponents' analysis to the press. This seems to be a sign of despair, considering that the team hasn't enjoyed a successful start, dropping points both home and away, while struggling to have several players available due to injury.
Furthermore, a document published by Mundo Deportivo including tactical analysis for the game against Borussia Mönchengladbach made Luis Enrique intensify his search for the "mole".
Barcelona's boss may want to end this leaks to the press as soon as possible, since the team will face Deportivo La Coruña and Manchester City in a matter of days. While it's almost impossible to draw the "mole" out -something that Louis Van Gaal tried to do during his time with Los Blaugranas-, this leaks may force Luis Enrique to withhold information from the media and his inner circle, in order to avoid any more problems.
